  • Use suitable facial cleanser

 

Indeed, using facial cleanser that suit your skin type is your first and most effective step in getting rid of whiteheads. It is recommended to use cleansers that composed of either salicylic acid or glycolic acid as an active ingredient due to their ability to fade away dead skin cells as a result, prevent its formation.

 

  • Steaming method

 

Steaming helps in opening of the skin pores as well as remove oil or dirt that is accumulated on the skin therefore, makes the skin very soft.

How can I do the steaming method?

  • Tea tree oil

How can I prepare the remedy? Small amount of pure tea tree oil extract is applied directly to the affected area by using a cotton pad.

  • Witch hazel

 

It is known to reduce inflammation and the excess of oil. It’s found in facial and body washes. It can be applied directly to the skin by using clean fingers or cotton pad.
